What Is CareNow?
CareNow is a fully qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to establishing and supporting effective medical clinics in African locations where the most basic healthcare is simply unavailable. We provide resources to existing medical clinics as well as assist with establishing new medical clinics in areas where no healthcare services currently exist. We coordinate the shipment of donated equipment, supplies, instruments and medications as well as provide funding for medical personnel and training.
CareNow was founded in 2005 and currently supports two clinics in the KwaZulu Natal area of South Africa as well as a mobile clinic in Zambia and a rural clinic in Tanzania.
The mission of CareNow is to provide essential healthcare to the world’s least served.

What We Do
We make it possible for a child with a broken bone to have it set correctly preventing the child from living life as a cripple. We provide for the proper cleaning and dressing of a wound to prevent life threatening infections which could wipe out the income of a family, therefore saving the family’s destruction as well as brining stability to their village.
