Third Annual Fundraising Gala and Silent Auction
The CareNow Foundation will host its gala event at The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library on Sunday, May 2, from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
This joyful celebration will feature African-inspired music by Tim Heintz and Friends, an African-themed gourmet buffet dinner catered by Presidential Catering, a silent auction, and a special guest speaker, Delanyo Adadevoh, Ph.D.
Dr. Adadevoh, a native of Ghana, Africa, is the founder and President of the International Leadership Foundation, dedicated to the development of leaders of integrity in Africa. He also serves as a Vice President of an international NGO and helped to establish the African Leadership and Management Academy (ALMA) in Zimbabwe. ALMA is now part of the International Leadership University (ILU). Dr. Adadevoh is President of ILU. He and his wife currently reside in Florida.
Guests will enjoy African art displays and savor cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while bidding at the silent auction. African jewelry and unique hand made items are just a few of the distinctive auction items that will be available. In addition, visitors can take advantage of this spectacular setting and take a tour of the Museum. Free tours will be available prior to the event, from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.
Black Tie Optional or colorful celebratory African attire is suggested.
